PH Laro Terms & Conditions

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the PH Laro website, mobile application, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a bet on PH Laro, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses any part of the PH Laro service. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

PH Laro reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. We will notify registered players of material changes via email or in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

To register and use PH Laro, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations under PAGCOR.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of PH Laro, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from PH Laro or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming authority.

By registering on PH Laro, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any funds held in your account.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of PH Laro, you must create a registered account. Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential.
• Notify PH Laro immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

PH Laro reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) procedures at any stage, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or at any time we deem necessary for compliance purposes. You agree to cooperate fully with any such verification process and to provide valid government-issued identification documents upon request.

PH Laro reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where we have reason to believe that the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 are not met.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on PH Laro are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). We accept deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at PH Laro's discretion.

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your account upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• PH Laro does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• PH Laro is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider in connection with deposits.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks prior to processing.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.
• PH Laro reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to five (5) business days.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 5.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

PH Laro may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in Philippine Peso and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• PH Laro reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or other fraudulent means — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• PH Laro reserves the right to reclaim any bonus credited in error.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on PH Laro are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product, including casino games, sports betting markets, and arcade games. Game-specific rules are available within each game interface on the Platform.

• Bets are final once confirmed. PH Laro does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets, except where expressly permitted by the applicable game rules.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, PH Laro reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within the game interface.
• PH Laro reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including where we have reason to suspect irregular betting patterns or potential abuse.
• For sports betting markets, results are determined based on official results from the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute, PH Laro's decision is final.
• Bets placed on suspended or closed markets will be voided and stakes returned.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on PH Laro. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated cheating with other players.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or PH Laro staff.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to use your account.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the PH Laro Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of PH Laro or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from PH Laro.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of PH Laro's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

PH Laro collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We are committed to protecting your personal information in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable law.

10 Responsible Gaming

PH Laro is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential harms associated with gambling. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform at any time.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications about the time and money spent during a session.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PH Laro, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption of service, system downtime, or technical failures.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in Platform content.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

PH Laro's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude PH Laro's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Suspension & Termination

PH Laro reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• We have reason to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account.
• You have failed to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• You have requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming program.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining (after deduction of any applicable bonuses subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and compliance checks.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules.

13 Amendments to These Terms

PH Laro reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by notifying registered players via email or in-platform notification.

The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and PH Laro, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

PH Laro operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.
